Athalye Group was established by Mr. Kamalakar V. Athalye in the year 1984, when ARK Thermal Insulation - India was established with a very humble beginning.
His goal was to become the market leader in the areas of Thermal Insulation Engineering & Industrial Noise Control.

With more than 40 years of experience in the field of Thermal Insulation, Engineering & Industrial Noise Control, Mr. Athalye is considered as one of the most renowned experts in these areas.
He is also the inventor of multiple technologies, which are implemented in ARK's products.

Chintan Athalye
Executive Director
Mr. Chintan mainly looks after Operations, Product Development, Strategic Growth & the Consultancy Wing of the group. He is a 'Quality Council of India' approved 'Functional Area Expert - Category A' for Noise & Vibrations.
He has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Acoustics & Vibrations, from Wayne State University, Detriot.

Ritwik Athalye
Executive Director
As the Executive Director of 'ARK Thermal Insulation' & 'ARK Noise Control - India', Mr. Ritwik looks after the Strategic Growth, Business Development and Process Improvement.
He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a degree of MS (Mechanical Engineering) - specialized in Thermal Sciences & IC Engines.
